The Real Value of More Time

The ultimate benefit of investing more time is not getting more things – ideas, data, to-do’s. Instead, spending more time should allow for the delivery of less.

More time to prepare should not result in more pages in a deck. It should not mean more boarded concepts. It should not allow for more (and more) possibilities to be presented. It should bring focus, clarity and – as a result – confidence.

More time allows for more cutting away anything that isn’t essential. For more waste management. More time preparing means you don’t need to spend more time down the road.

The real value of more time is “less.”
